Using a holistic approach, I will work with you to help you achieve your goals and work towards that life that you are proud of. Therapy can be a powerful space for growth, love, and healing. I have experience with diverse experiences from personality disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, substance use, ADHD, and unhealthy sexual behaviors.
