Congratulations for taking this initial step on the path of growth and healing. The counseling services I provide are meant to aid in the psychological, emotional and spiritual growth of adults who are suffering beyond their present ability to cope and who desire to move beyond merely coping, but to living more authentically and wholeheartedly. ​As a mental health clinician, I provide mental health assessment and individual psychotherapy services to those suffering from an array of mental health conditions from chronic stress, anxiety and mood disorder to PTSD or those struggling through an existential crisis.

I take an integrative approach to therapy and use interventions from CBT, ACT, Schema / Ego State, Existential and EMDR modalities. Availability is limited. I am best reached via email and primarily offering telehealth video sessions at this time. 

 

It is my desire to help you find and cultivate your own inner wisdom in order that you may skillfully work with barriers both internal and external, reduce the impact of past trauma and develop a more grounded, mindful and wholehearted approach to living.
